1. Eligibility for Returns

    • • In original packaging with tags attached
    • • Free from makeup, perfume, and deodorant marks

• • Non-returnable items: earrings, underwear, swimwear, sale/clearance items.

• • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

• • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

• • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days. We will cover the return cost and issue a replacement or refund.
